Customer stories with: Kees Zorge - Omniboost

“I was aware of ecommit's plans early on and wanted to support them. Because it is a reliable platform and easy to use.”

Kees Zorge feels a responsibility to reduce climate change. For his company Omniboost, he therefore compensates CO2 through ecommit.

You could say he is a man with a mission. After all, compensating CO2 is not the only thing on Kees' sustainability calendar. Business travel already involves opting for bicycles, public transport or low-emission flights. At the office, spaces are shared to save energy and there is virtually no paper to be found (in other words, hardly anything is printed anymore). And it doesn't stop there. In the future, leased cars will be electric and e-bikes will be available for staff to pedal to and from the office. Also, when remodeling or furnishing new offices, environmentally friendly materials will be used. But getting your footprint to zero is not easy, which is why he also chose carbon compensation through ecommit. "I knew about ecommit's plans early on and wanted to support them. Because it is a reliable platform and easy to use," says Kees.

"You only have to follow the news to know that the world is having a tough time and is only going to get tougher. With often serious consequences for groups of people who are already struggling. We are in a privileged position and, as far as I am concerned, must do everything we can to reduce the rate of climate change”.
